All products are made to order. Please allow 3-12 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
Shipping Carriers
- Standard Packages: Shipped via USPS.
- Heavy Packages: Shipped via UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated directly by the carrier. The shipping carrier is responsible for any delays. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, they handle all further processing and delivery.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or text, depending on your selection at checkout. This confirmation will include a link to track your order and receive updates on its status.
- Tracking Information: After the 3-12 business day processing period, your package will be sent to the shipping carrier. You will receive an email or text with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
Issues with Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your package and resolving any issues.
