3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

**Note:** We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
